Ⅱ， Temperature Control System Specifications
1, Temperature control: PID automatic temperature control, digital display(30 programmable curves, automatic warming, temperature holding and cooling), upper limit alert, deviation alert, program autostop after finishing running, no manual work required.

2, Temperature control meter has linear current output; phase shift triggers reverse parallel two-way control silicon.
3, Temperature control thermocouple adopts S dividing thermocouple.
4, Alert:
a. Overheating alert: when furnace internal temperature reaches warning temperature, power will be automatically cut off, and the alert light will be on.
b. Broken thermocouple alert: thermocouple open circuit, the meter will warn and cut off power.

Ⅲ: Vacuum and Water Cooling System
1. Double-layer water cooling carbon steel vacuum tank, semi-circle head both front and back. Furnace door head and body are breitling replica connected by 20mm thick stainless steel flange. Inside is silicon gel sealing ring, and hand wheel lock.
2. Vacuum unit consists of backing pump and diffusion pump.
3． Diffusion pump is 200 caliber, pumping speed 5000L/S, extreme vacuum 10-5Pa; two-stage rotary vane backing pump is 80mm caliber, pumping speed is 25L/S.
4. Vacuum pump exhaust port has electromagnetic differential pressure valve, in case a misoperation or sudden power failure leads to vacuum pump back drawing.
5. Vacuum tank and vacuum pump are connected by corrugated pipe, controlled by manual flapper valve.
